Ongoing corruption in Tehsil Office

the persons who wanna get their work in tehsil office they must pay something to the officers. otherwise they suggest them to get Paragon capals. commonly a inward officer his daily commission is minimum 300 per day. yet he collected 500 and above money from me and not get my work up. his name is Fazlul Rehman. im wondering daily to his office and ready to give a new reason for delay. since 6 months im looking for solution but i can't get any solution yet. so please take a proper action against this.
